    ohhhh....fark the damn connection again. I had type-d a long ah-mah story and posted...then the connection siao. After a few buttons of refresh, my words were all GONE!! Sob sob sob! Lucky I was not writting any short story, if not I will curse T'KOM cukup cukup! Haih, it ALWAYS happen...dunno why! Izzit the area or wat! Geram-nya.

    Anyway, I was actually talking about a case that happen to my friend. Hmmm, she resigned and umm, her company holds her salary for 5 weeks already. How can this happen rite? So "sui" lor the company. Like ppl no need to eat like dat.

    If this ever to happen to me...I'll CRY OUT VERY LOUD...SOB SOB tat Kind in front of the CEO ar. And say "Pls, pei tiew sang lou lei hang lar!!! (Give me a way to survive)". Cry until all the employee can hear me!!!! If can I wanna scream also! act mental illness cos no money - GILA lioa!!!! hehe. Just my imagination! kakakakaka I still think, by CRYIN can settle a lot of matter. haha

    I mean, practically I dunno if I can cry anot. But I mean, to think of it....if there is no other option that can be done, no harm CRYING wert, hor? Make him BAD also good ark. At least let him know, the money (although few thousand saja) actually MEANS a lot to me...it is not just the meaning of the money but w/o the money, honestly.....I can chi-sat (suicide) already. I was being told that there is such a law in labour law saying that an employer kenot hold their employee salary until 7th of the following mth...so means this company already exceeded the limit? Why why my friend dowan to sue them, cos she just dowan to make it such a big deal and make it so ugly lor. But does the COMPANY actually knows it???? They hv no idea lor, but all they know is to hold her salary dunno until when. Sigh. Nowadays, altho MNC company but still can be so irresponsible de.

    How busy also must hav sometime to settle this kinda thing rite? I dun think it will cause them a lot of time. Its just a matter of if they really wanna do it or not. They delay one day, means push ppl to hell nearer!

    Hopefully my friend can get her salary as soon as possible lar.
